Construction Assembly
ITEM A: 200 mm steel C-Channels, 2.0 mm thick used as horizontal girths, fixed to structural columns at 300 mm vertical centres.
ITEM B: 1 layer of 16 mm plasterboard fixed to one flange of Item A
ITEM C: 92 mm Rondo steel studs, at 600 mm staggered centres, resilient rubber mounted to both faces of Item A. One set of studs is fixed through 16 mm plasterboard (Item B)
ITEM D: Both faces of 16 mm plasterboard (Item B) are sprayed with nominal 50 mm thick ENVIROSPRAY 300.
ITEM E: After adequate curing time for applied ENVIROSPRAY 300 (Item D), 3 layers of 16 mm plasterboard are fixed to both sides of 92 mm staggered studs (Item C)

ITEM A: 0.6mm BMT Colorbond metal external cladding is fixed to 28mm furring channels, themselves fixed to 200 mm C-Channels horizontal girths. Girths are spaced at 600 vertical centres.
ITEM B: Internal face of metal cladding is sprayed with nominal 100mm thick ENVIROSPRAY 300
ITEM C: Structural adequacy is provided by 360UB structural steel columns located within air space of 628mm between external cladding and internal face of Hebel block wall (Item D).
ITEM D: 150 mm thick Hebel aerated concrete wall, density 600 kg/m3, mechanically tied to steel columns (Item C)

Construction Assembly
ITEM A: Standard 13 mm plasterboard fixed to 64 mm Rondo studs at 600 centres.
ITEM B: ENVIROSPRAY 300, density 55 kg/m3 is spray applied to the inside face of plasterboard. Services located within the wall cavity may be installed prior or after the application of ENVIROSPRAY 300. The sprayed insulation is mechanically screeded to obtain a flat flush finish for easy fixing of Item C.
ITEM C: After adequate curing time, a final 13 mm plasterboard skin is fixed to the steel studs and set / jointed for a final finish.

THIS ASSEMBLY IS RATED TO FIRE RATING LEVEL 1.5 HRS (90/90/90)

To obtain a Fire Rating Level 2 Hrs (120/120/120) use 92 mm steel studs instead of 64mm, and replace 13 mm plasterboard with 16 mm plasterboard.
